Vietnam began cultivating Robusta in the 1920s, which was introduced by the French in the Dak Lak region.
After the Vietnam war in 1986, within just 30 years Vietnam grew to become the 2nd largest producer of Coffee and provides 40% of the world’s Robusta production.
